Bumgarner Oil Co. is looking for a motivated individual to join our Little Caesars franchise as a crew member. We are a family owned business that have been serving Hickory’s surrounding areas since 1954. Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to lift and move up to 55 pounds and assist in lifting heavier items
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Able to follow directions and instructions
- Reliable attendance
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to function under high pressure situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive attitude towards others
- Ability to operate a point of sale system
- Cleaning and organizing work stations
- Previous retail or customer contact preferred but not required
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: starting $7.25+ based on experience
