Fuel on Auto-Pilot: Auto Fill Features 

Let us take the guesswork out of heating your home. With our Auto-Fill service, we monitor your tank and schedule deliveries automatically—so you stay warm without ever having to check a gauge or make a call.

What's Included:
  • FREE Tank Monitor
    For propane customers. Check your levels anytime with our app or online portal.
  • Degree Day Tracking
    Heating oil customers (only) are scheduled using degree-day tracking - we track outdoor temps to predict when you’ll need a refill.
  • Emergency Delivery
    including weekends and after hours
Payment Options:
  • Requires approved credit
  • Eligible for all types of payment options. For ultimate convenience, get set up Auto Pay and never worry about running out of fuel or missing a payment! Can also pay through our online portal, over the phone, or by mail

Fuel on Your Watch: Will-Call Delivery

You call us when you need a delivery. This option works best if you like to keep track of your tank levels yourself.

Payment Options:
  • Pay by credit card before delivery (call us or pay in person)
  • Set up Auto Pay with a card on file
  • Apply for a line of credit (approved customers can pay after delivery)
Propane Customers Only:
  • Optional tank monitor available for $50/year
    We recommend calling when your tank reaches 25-30%.

Important Reminders:
  • Delivery may take longer—plan ahead
  • May include extra fees for:
    • Same-day delivery
    • Out-of-route deliveries
    • Minimum usage
  • No weekend or after-hours service for Will-Call customers
